About Us

Upward Rising Development

Upward Rising Development established in 1997 is a corporation
that specializes in the production of independent feature digital
movies.

URD has been helping independent filmmakers around the San
Francisco Area since 2001. URD has sponsored concerts with Live
105 and has set up a number of independent film festivals. URD has
also sponsored the 2002 Alice 3 minute film festival.

We are now focusing on making digital feature movies. Our goal is to
make a movie per year.

This is are second feature production in two years. Our first feature,
It's All In A Nights A Work written by Johnny Metheny and directed by
Dan Frank, will be out summer 2005.
